Key Responsibilities:
Learning Needs Analysis:
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to conduct thorough assessments of learning needs within the organization.
- Identify skills gaps and areas for improvement to design targeted learning programs.
Program Design and Development:
- Develop and implement innovative and engaging learning programs, leveraging a variety of delivery methods such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Utilize industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Learning Technology Integration:
- Evaluate and implement learning technologies to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs.
- Stay informed about advancements in learning technology and recommend updates or changes as needed.
Performance Evaluation and Metrics:
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Analyze data to assess the impact of training on employee performance and overall organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including department heads, to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business units and the Learning and Development COE.
Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly assess and update existing learning programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the overall learning experience.
