Business HR - NBFC
The role will support the Risk & Policy business vertical and work closely with the CRO office.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support the business.
- Contribute to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning specific to the Risk & Policy domain.
- Employee Engagement and Development:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall workplace health.
- Facilitate skill development programs and training sessions to enhance the capabilities of the team.
Performance Management:
- Work closely with department heads to establish performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Talent Management:
- Identify key talent within the Credit Risk Policy team and implement retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the CRO in succession planning and leadership development.
Qualifications:
- MBA In HR- 2 year full time.
- Proven experience of at least 8+ years in HRBP roles, with a focus on partnering with business units and understanding their unique challenges.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in Lending Financial Services, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
