Position: Business HR Manager

Qualification: Full time MBA from premier B School

Experience: 12 -15 years post qualification

Geographical Diversity: National

Location: Delhi/NCR

Role:

1. Responsible for conceptualizing and executing end to end HR processes.

2. Working closely with functions and providing HR solutions to ensure business delivery.

3. Driving HR policies (design & implement) and practices to ensure standardization and consistency in documentation & implementation of HR practices.

4. Employee Engagement, Performance Management, L&D interventions across all functions.

Preferred Candidate’s Profile:

1. MBA/PGDM from premier B School like XLRI/ TISS/ SIBM.

2. Experience in manufacturing setup is preferred.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building, and strong influencing skills.
