Business HR - Manager
Required Qualifications: MBA from a premier institute
Experience: 8 to 12 years in HR out of which min 4 years in a Business HR role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Business Head in formulating the HR Policies /incentive scheme/Employee Motivational schemes for Business Unit
- Manage the reward & recognition framework &re-work on the same as per industry practices /changes
- Report and manage the business operation indices
- Measure effectiveness of HR processes across the Business Unit
- Be the SPOC for employee engagement, performance management, C&B and incentive payouts
- Assist the Business Unit Head in ensuring that the organization structure is kept contemporary & as per Business needs
- Manage retention, recognition, training & development & other employee engagement initiatives across a large employee base spread across disparate locations.
Skills Required
- An MBA from a leading B-School.
- Quality & Depth of Business HR experience would be a key criteria
- 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Experience in managing employee base at disparate locations
- Exposure to creating and rolling out strategic employment engagement initiatives for disparately located teams
- Identify training needs and create a training calendar for the employees
- Experience of leading a team.
