This is one of the apex HR leadership roles and is expected to help co-lead the people journey through Business HR function.
- Act as an HR domain consultant cum business partner to enable business success
- Understand people & culture practices/priorities. Drive implementation by creating alignment with business leaders/managers and by creating reports/forums to discuss areas of concerns/opportunities
- Work with business leaders on productivity, pyramid and cost related areas; identify opportunities and drive associated change management
- Drive change management towards building a business of tomorrow
- Achieve KPIs while enhancing the feeling of empowerment in business
- Identify areas of automation and reduce manual efforts for Business HR team
- Focus on capability development and productivity through eminent world-class benchmarking, awareness and facilitation support
- Manage multiple stakeholders and help deliver synergy. Ensure Business and HR domain alignment with COE-HR Teams
