Job Description:
Organization Development:
- To design and implement Organization Development initiatives across the group for meeting the organization's desired & planned change objectives
- Implemented a uniform band, grade and designation structure across the group through Job Evaluation initiative in partnership with Hay Group. This involved evaluation of more than 700 roles across the group and fitment of employees to the new structure
- Built capability within the HR team for carrying out evaluations independently
- To implement employee engagement survey and facilitate action planning sessions across the group in response to the results emerging out of the survey
- To develop and implement Career Progression framework across the group
- To implement engagement initiatives
- Part of the core team involved in Organizational Values dissemination
Performance Management:
To drive a performance excellence culture by facilitating the performance management process:
- Process Owner for PMS, responsible for the end-to-end PMS cycle including the objective setting process at corporate, department and individual levels, Mid-term review and annual review and assessment
- Single point of contact for all performance management related queries from employees as well as zonal and business HR resources
- Management of performance data in the SAP module
- Facilitating performance bonus payouts and increments in conjunction with the compensation team
- Framing communication such as the process & policy note, education campaign, teasers, emails, etc.
- Played a crucial role in institutionalizing the performance management framework for the group
- Conducted large scale education initiatives organization wide (development and rolling out of PMS e-module, on-line interface, conducting workshops) for driving the group companies performance management philosophy
Talent Management & Leadership Development:
- To build framework for career management and role movement and roll-out
- To design and implement Leadership Development programs for middle and senior management of the group
- Involvement in succession planning efforts
- Designing the Leadership Development framework that included building and administering 360 degree assessment, facilitating executive coaching, executive education through tie-ups with premier B-schools, charting out Individual Development Plans
