We are a well funded fashion start up in the field of women's fashion. The business is owned by a established 50 year old apparel company. we are manufacture high end handoom based women's ethnic wear.

We are looking for business head.The business includes designing, manufacturing, retail through ecommerce of women's ethnic wear fashion products positioned at premium segment

- MBA premier school

- Background and education in fashion

- Ability to understand and analyze market, competitive landscape, identify opportunities

- Background in managing P&l

- Understanding of market trends, demand, product development, product life cycle

- Experience with business development, incubating new business, business models, business planning

- Experience with ecommerce

- Would be responsible for P&L and operations

- Understanding and experience of ecommerce

- Team worker

- Experience in fashion, women's ethnic wear industry

- Open culture
