The opportunity is with one of my leading clients which offers Complete Solutions in Water & Waste Water Treatment, O&M, Desalination, Sustainability Consulting, Recycle & Reuse, Sludge Treatment and Source Analysis.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for P&L, Business Growth and Customer Satisfaction for the company's business.

As Business Head, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Business Planning and Strategy – roadmap for driving growth through existing and new industry segments / applications

- Achieving Revenue, Cost, Profitability, Quality and Delivery targets for the entire business

- Driving Sales and New Customer Acquisition in existing and new industry segments

- Managing Project Delivery and Customer Satisfaction

- Conceptualizing, expanding and strengthening the portfolio of offerings in Water Treatment and related solutions

- People Management – building people capabilities and managing diverse teams

Ideal candidate profile :

- About 20 + years of hands on experience in process industry with at least some exposure to the water treatment industry

- Experience in managing P & L roles

- Experience in driving sales and business development, as well as execution of large and complex projects

- Strong business and commercial acumen

- Excellent communication, client interaction and relationship management skills

- Strong leadership and people management skills

The key reportees into this role will include SBU Heads (including Sales, Process, Proposals and Delivery teams) and Finance, Human Resources, Engineering teams.
