Business Head (VP) - Commodity Trading (Fintech)

- Responsible for origination of Commodity Loans through DSA and other channels

- To monitor and assess the commodity trading activities

- Review the accuracy of commodity price forecasts, business models, prepare P&L reports

- Evaluate existing credit risk policies and conducts a regular review of policies

- To participate in risk and business project risk analysis, and provide inputs to the management

- To analyses on business models, participate in procedures review, setup and implementation

- Knowledge on relevant insurance policies coverage and claims procedure

- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting Develop and implement policies and procedures

- To ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation

- Regular interactions with Seniors Management in Fintech

- Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the Fintech DSA appointment and management Handling sales/product team Ensure timely submission of MIS reports

- Developing active partner relationship, monitor accountability, program management, vendor management and review programs for delivering consistent operational strategies.

- Providing Administration and Infrastructure/ Facilities management support to ensure hassle-free operations, Steering operations with final accountability for service quality and profitability and observance of service standards; drawing a budget and rationalizing operational costs to limit them within budgetary parameters

- Drive performance management thru SLA's & metrics, report inconsistencies and provide thought leadership to reduce business impact & workplace risks.

- Creates processes for facilities and methods to ensure business continuity in case of disaster working closely with Develop active Partner relationship, monitor accountability, program management, vendor management and review programs for delivering consistent operational strategies.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA from Premier Institute with 10+ years of work experience in Commodity trading / Agri trading platform /lending side of the business.

2. The candidate needs to have a strong lending portfolio in Commodity Trading Business through DSA and other channels.

3. Drive e-commerce like/marketplace platform based transaction of commodities between buyers and sellers.

4. Outstanding analytical skills.

5. Strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions.
