Key Responsibility Areas:
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm to meet the expectations of organization and market opportunities.
- The candidate will be a crucial front-runner and strategist tasked with facilitating strategic planning initiatives and organization built. Play a significant role in long-term planning and attain a superior market position in the next 5 years.
Business Development & Revenue Generation:
1. The position will be responsible for the overall P&L.
2. Specifically, in leading and managing strategic/flagship (MFOs) from posting the vehicle to auction, lead generation, meeting, and qualifying leads (potential clients) as part of the sales process.
3. Leading the maximization of the revenue by upselling and cross-sell for all strategic/flagship services.
4. Responsible for an outstanding experience in seamless on-boarding, efficient processes & systems, and high-quality services.
Operations and Service Excellence:
1. Enhance the Digital Process Automation technologies to improve the start to end process
2. Implement the online brand visibility strategy to improve the organic web traffic to Survive
3. Consistent and seamless operational execution based on a pre-defined framework (Operational Governance).
4. Integrate well defined operational workflows and strict adherence to operational SLAs, Metrics, SOPs.
People Management:
1. Team Management and Organization Building to drive high performance.
2. Work with management and stakeholders to plan and build the organizational structure needed
Skills and Requirements:
Must have/be:
1. Similar industry work experience- Vehicle Repossession and Auctions
2. Managing sales through direct and auctions mechanism of high vehicle inventory
3. Significant exposure to building dealer network in Commercial Vehicles and other other vehicle formats.
4. Setting up operations and customer service fields - setting up processes and functions that aid to business growth.
5. Led different function heads that drive organization excellence.
6. Excellent communication skills - required for managing senior leaders across different businesses and even the Board.
7. Proactive, self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal guidance
8. Willingness to travel extensively within the state/region
