We are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a comprehensive two-wheeler business from scratch and seek a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead this initiative.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Two-Wheeler Business Head to build and lead our two-wheeler business from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, particularly in the two-wheeler segment, and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy, driving growth, and ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement a robust business plan for the two-wheeler segment.

- Identify market opportunities and create strategies to capture market share.

- Set clear business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Product Development and Management:

- Oversee the development and launch of new two-wheeler products.

- Ensure product quality, innovation, and competitive pricing.

- Manage the product lifecycle and continuously enhance product offerings.

Sales and Marketing:

- Design and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Operations and Supply Chain:

- Establish and manage efficient operations and supply chain processes.

- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Optimize inventory management and cost control.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the business budget and financial forecasts.

- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Customer Experience:

- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly.

- Implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically in the two-wheeler segment.

- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
