Experience: – 15+

- Responsible for the annual opex, Cost & revenue parameters for the circle

- Design circle sales strategy

- Manage circle level sales strategy to meet revenue

- Increasing sales through cross sell of data and voice

- Review operational and financial metrics to monitor function-wise progress

- Lead marketing efforts across product lines (Pre-pay, Post-pay, Data, 3G)

- Share knowledge on best practices across circles

- 15+ yrs of Telecom Experience preferred

- Preferably a BE & MBA from premier Institutes

- Managing large organizational group
