Position Overview: Strategic involvement into business decisions and shape a business. Primarily will be responsible for managing a team whose job it is to bring new customer and client into the organization.

1. Responsible for P&L

2. Defining a new category and executing on that.

3. Responsible from strategy to product launch to execution on set targets.

4. between 6-10 years of experience.

5. Pref. from reputed institutions like IIM,ISB,IIT or similar

6. Pref. from start up with similar roles.

7. Independent with strategic thinking.

8. Responsible for building own team and hence people experience as well.

9. Experience in building large business from scratch.
