Business Head - Structural Design/Construction & Building Material

Job Profile:

Over all responsible for P&L of the business verticals; Design and Build and Building material.

He should have expertize of creating business plan and able to communicate to the entire team.

Recruit a motivated operational team to achieve business targets

Should have superior knowledge of concrete, construction and civil engineering in terms of execution, sales and marketing, strategy

Should have good control on costs and its impact on business

Hands on putting right business processes so as to achieve optimum operational excellence.

Should be able to create meaningful partnerships in the related field

Should be able to create right brand and buzz in the market

Should be able to quickly stabilize the business and earn contracts

Should be able to create process of achieving customer satisfaction better than the completion right from day one

Bring innovation so as to control/save cost, improvise delivery timelines, deliver a quality and functional building.
