Business Head- Store Operations
Business Head for a leading fashion retail firm.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for results driven Zonal Manager- EBO to be responsible for the regional store operations.
- The successful candidate should have ability to meet monthly profitability goals and manage the entire region store operations effectively. Candidates will be preferred with background of Retail management, and Sales & Marketing.
Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties:
- Making Annual Business plan (Targets) and achieving TOPLINE & BOTTOM LINE at Showrooms.
- Ensure team achieves Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Targets as per ROI (Return on Investment) plan.
- Regularly review on stock status and monitor timely replenishments (from W/H to the store).
- Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to exceed performance than expectations.
- To formulate new business plans for showrooms and ensuring profitability.
- Market Intelligence, Competition Mapping analysis with product/ price comparison.
- Ensure VM standards & Display as per company Standards.
- Should prepare and plan in advance on Annual Promotion/ Event Calendar as per management policy.
- New Showroom identification and venue's for sales expansion & to be discussed with your Retail Head.
- Performance & Service Monitoring of every individual sales person & Manager across all EBO's
- Following and maintaining 100% compliances on SOPs as per policies across all showrooms.
- Controlling stock loss from grass root level and conduct PI/ Cycle count at all Showrooms.
- Training managers in excel report making and data analysis based on past & current report.
- Maintain discipline of all the members of the Showroom and address grievance wherever it arises.
- Ensure all codes of social and ethical standard as specified under the law and the company.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven successful experience as a Zonal Manager of 8 to 12 Years in reputed Retail Apparel Brand.
- Powerful Leading and Business Orientation skills.
- Excellent in Customer Management and Analytical skills.
- Good in Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Steady career growth
- Any Degree / Retail Management Courses/Business Management/Commerce/Economics.
- Language Proficiency: Respective state regional language is must (Marathi)
