- Working with tech/product/marketing counterparts to scale business

- Enable team for 100X growth in next few years

- Coaching regional heads, recruiting talent, and growing leaders for the future

- Track competitive landscape

- Gather data on sales patterns, identify insights, and derive/modify regional sales strategies.

Desired Qualification:

Be an IIT pass out with good experience in Business Operation , Business Strategy with a startup or Consulting background
