Business Head- Staffing Solutions
- Responsible to anchor all the aspects of the business and be responsible for setting up the Staffing Business and assignment by managing P&L for these assignments, driving business growth and translating business goals into detailed operational plans.
- Forecasting & preparation of annual budgets
- Responsible to ensure that team targets are achieved Handle client escalations and set processes for smooth functioning of operations & ensure adherence of the same Client engagement & management.
- Ensure client meetings to understand clients requirements & process in order to meet clients expectations and educate the team on the same Responsible for delivery on recruitment and training mandates
- Responsible to increase business opportunities with existing clients and acquiring new client Contract renewals/ SLA preparation; negotiation during contract renewals Conduct monthly review meetings with the team
- Manage optimally entire internal as well as external staffing resources.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare staffing strategy for existing and future needs.
- Arrange staffing strategy meetings with objective to recruit methods plus sourcing plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assure staffing methods are followed to incorporate timely feedback.
- Stimulate time to fill, interview to placement ratio and cost per hire.
- Provide hiring metrics to organization as required.
- Ensure to comply with organization's staffing policies as well as procedures.
- Monitor maintenance of all internal resume tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure constant corporate image across recruiting campaigns.
- Evaluate existing hiring needs and prepare staffing plan to accomplish goals.
- Manage and lead external recruitment sources inclusive of employment agencies contract negotiations.
- Develop reports for management recruitment on spreadsheet.
- Develop and update all staffing programs as well as policies.
- Update entire required employment forms.
Qualification And Experience :
i. 15+ years of experience in a Staffing Organisation & designing effective customized HR strategies
ii. Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices
iii. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
iv. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
v. Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
vi. Leadership skills and ability to drive results
vii. Ability to give presentations to clients
viii. Functional personal computer/software knowledge
ix. Proven ability to manage many projects/tasks at the same time
x. Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines
xi. Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships
