Job Description - The business head will provide direction by creating long term plan for the organization & the Specialty Intermediary business, develop & implement the annual plans, direct and nurture a cross functional team and build sustainable value for customers by co-creating a valuable product portfolio.

Leading Indian MNC in chemicals and the organization is on a journey of rapid growth in the Specialty intermediates with an ambition to double it in the next 3 years.
Description
- Set the direction for the Specialty Intermediaries business from a long-term perspective. Evolve and deploy strategy for the business based on an in-depth understanding of the market and customer needs
- Provide input to strategic and annual business plan for the organization
- Identify opportunities and build strategic relationships with key buyers/customers
- Enhance customer satisfaction levels by driving a customer-focused culture and developing new products/applications and services in conjunction with the Head R&D/NPD to better meet customer needs
- Drive process and product development initiatives. Drive implementation of new products as identified
- Create a work environment that is conductive to high levels of motivation and engagement and within which employees are able to contribute both to the organization and to their own growth and development
Profile
- Ability to handle complex product portfolios
- Chemical Engineer/Bachelors + MBA from a top university
- 15-20 years experience within the industry and 5+ years in a leadership role
