We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead the establishment and management of our new Skin Care Centres in Ghaziabad and Defence Colony. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare management, particularly within dermatology or aesthetic services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to launch and expand Skin Care Centres.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and service.

- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and ensure profitability.

- Drive marketing and business development efforts to attract and retain clients.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

8+ years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in dermatology or aesthetics.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
