- Responsible for complete Operations across India

- Ensure timely deployment of personnel

- Ensure timely rotation / transfers of Security Personnel

- Ensure Refresher Training of all Security Personnel.

- Lead security operations including security audit and devising efficient and economical systems for the safety / security of Industrial establishments

- Identify and forecast the nature and extent of potential threats to the security of the organization

- Determine the level of security needed to meet those threats

- Critically examine and evaluate the existing security arrangements and their capability to meet emerging threats

- Suggest ways and means to upgrade the existing security set-up to meet the emerging challenges

- Create an environment of security awareness among the personnel of the organization

- Develop / Improve policies and systems for Operations

- Support Academy and ensure high quality training

- Assist CEO in Strategic planning and budgeting

- Liaison with key Customers / client / Police / Govt. Officials.

- Retaining existing Clients

- Driver BD - Man-guarding business

- Drive Commercial and Contract

Financial Dimensions :

(These should be quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue, purchase value etc.).

- Compliance to AOP

- Close monitoring of billed and unbilled category

- Control on Operational Expenditure.

- Transfers / Posting Containing cost

Other Dimensions :

(Indication of some of the significant volumes associated with the job like number in team/ staff handled etc).

- Administer all Operating Units

- Team Management - 10 plus team members

- Employee base : 5500 plus employees

- Location - 80 operating units in 15 States

- Alert and Advisory Support on Security to Group

- Oversee:

- a. House Protection,

- b. EPG

- c. EEMC Opeations

Relevant and total years of Experience :

- 25 to 30 years of experience in Operations, administration , finance, personnel Management

- Experience in Man-guarding BD Competency, Management of Multiple Unit & Multiple Stake holder Management

- Experience in handling Close Protection Team for the Security of VIP / VVIPs
