Business Head - Salon Sales Channel
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
- Deliver excellent execution of new product or category or initiative launches in the market.
- Manage Channel partners: Develop and build relations with various stakeholders. Maintain strong relationship with top key account business partners.
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams in demand planning and forecasting, planning trade promotions and sales capability building.
- Design and implement Customer Development strategies, drive execution, and deliver growth
- Align and Execute the GTM strategy with the distribution and sales team. Ensuring effective delivery of coverage, productivity, distribution, in store merchandizing.
- Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities,
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM with 10+ years of experience in sales & distribution, trade marketing, preferably in professional beauty space. Minimum 7 years of directly related sales management leadership experience with high sense of integrity and an astute knowledge of channel sales and GTM strategy.
