Business / Sales Head - VAS
- Strategic client engagement and Governance at the CXO Level & C- Suite.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve 15-20% growth YoY
- OB Targets: Overall, responsible for ensuring that order booking and sales targets both individually and for the region are met.
- Lead identification and make strategic decisions to grow and develop the new customers
- Client Relationship: Develop customer strategy to push the right product mix in various segments - Telcos, ISPs, Banks, etc., keeping in mind company's ability to service the customer efficiently in these segments.
- Create CXO-level and strategic relationships with major customers, industry associations, media and PR agencies to build a favorable image of Company.
- Account Management: Build Account Management & Solution selling skills within his team.
- Collections: The incumbent would also have overall responsibility of ensuring collections and payments in the region are done within the timelines.
