- MBA from a reputed institution with around 25 years of experience in Tyres industry with minimum 5-10 years in a senior / top management position, managing a large team in a reputed organization.
- Age must be within 50-53 years and must be currently heading the national and international sales, handling large volume with focus on replacement market in passenger car or truck tyre segment.
- The position shall report to the top management and shall be responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Tyres business of the MNC Group through nationwide distribution network.
- He shall be responsible for the overall direction and management of all sales and business development activities, including imports, inventory management, pricing, promotional strategies, CRM, manpower development, etc.
- The job involves close liaison with foreign principals and to plan & implement aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales, market share and profitability objectives of the division.
