Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business development by sourcing and implementing successful strategies in the Manufacturing industries. The overall objective is to increase the B2B business by engaging customers in Co's Recycling Products.
- Ethical Sourcing of PCW(Post Customer Waste)
- Enhancing Process Capability of equipment
- Develop B2B Channel for Sales of PCR (Post Consumer Resin)
- Interacting with R&D team for product Specification
- Develop, implement, and grow profitable sales for Recycling.
- Develop a significant pipeline for Recycling that is adequate to meet and surpass monthly forecast and yearly budget projections.
Develop Sales strategy based on face-to-face presentations with prospects, identify services/products gaps, create value-added solutions, and develop relationships and enter into long-term contracts with nationally and regionally based customers across India.
- Interface with Procurement and Operations teams to develop proposals, bid responses, and RFP responses that provide a high chance for success at acceptable margins.
- Interface with existing customers to add value and expand the business.
- Participate in online auctions and RFP's. Develop, prepare and present professional sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Maintain all prospect and active supplier accounts information and market intel utilizing the CRM management tools.
- Profitable revenue growth for the company driven primarily through new business development and better management of organic growth opportunities with the existing business.
- Provide more value to Recycling trade partners and vendors by controlling commodity and waste services with long-term contracts.
- Regular supervision of the recycled material reprocessing operation in the plant. It involves responsibility for maintenance teams and production managers while working closely with logistics and admin teams to ensure that production goals are achieved.
- Oversee compliance with essential health and safety site procedures and regulations.
Qualification And Experience :
1. BE & MBA with 10-12 Years of Plastic Recycling Business. Solid understanding of post-consumer plastic resins and the resin market.
3. Successful history of new account development and running of plants.
4. Self-motivated and the ability to work unsupervised.
5. Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills. Willing to answer questions and make recommendations/decisions.
7. Working effectively with others in and outside the organization (such as peers, customers) to accomplish organizational goals and identify and resolve problems.
8. Good knowledge of relevant legislation related to the operation of a recycling or manufacturing facility is preferred.
