Position Description:
The Business Head Role, would spearhead the Sales & Operations initiatives in order to make in-roads into the market with our multiple service offerings, expand client base, maximize revenue & market share while ensuring profitability. This is a critical leadership role that has the opportunity to define the future of our recruitment services value proposition to the US / India markets. Being a combination of a Business Development & Service Delivery role, the individual would be expected to own the end-to-end Sales & Delivery cycle - lead generation-deal closure to Client Management - Service Delivery & overall Operations.
In addition, prior experience in the US/India Staffing industry, Business Development & Service Delivery management would be very useful in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to acquire Clients for multiple recriutment servies
- Able to grow the business in alignment with company business plans.
- Responsible for managing and enhancing the existing Client relationships.
- Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and its implementation.
- Scrutiny of Contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and payment terms.
Responsible in co-ordinating with clients for payments..
- Handling Client Management, Service Delivery, Operations and Employee Management for both sourcing and recruiting teams
- Prioritize requirements and ensure optimum utilization of resourcing team.
- Fulfillment of current open positions, and proactively preparing enough pipeline for all fall-outs, including creating innovative ways of hiring
- Work closely with recruiting and sourcing team leads to prepare client retention plan reports and develop client retention strategies
- Ensure that client performance goals are monitored and recruiters achieve performance goals on their clients
- Follow the client induction process and ensure new clients are satisfied & retained with Mint RPO- s service and quality
- Maintain adequate oversight on existing clients to consistently maintain a high level of performance
- Anticipate client concerns and proactively resolve them
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss of the entire US Operations. Ensure revenue and operational goals are met.
- Generate new business through business development activities
- Assign tasks and clients to sourcers and recruiters based on their strengths
- Coach top performing employees and assists in grooming them for leadership positions at Mint RPO
- Ensure high team productivity at all times
- Conduct and participate in induction & training of new hires
- Assist in hiring and retaining top performing Recruiters for Mint RPO
- Ensure recruiting team develops a culture of accountability, pay-for-performance, and respect for all employees while maintaining a pleasant work environment
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing Sales/Delivery /Recruitment Operations of a mid to large Staffing company
- Experience in Managing Team Conflicts, Competency Management, Attrition is a definite requirement
- Should have worked under high pressure, time sensitive, highly visible position
- Ability to understand and follow Management instructions
