This role will be accountable for :

1. Growing our unsecured Loans (Business Loan) vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability

2. Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company

3. Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners

4. Forging alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings

5. Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners.

6. Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectations

Experience: 14+ Years

Qualification: CA / MBA Tier 1

Skills Required :


1. Past experience in building and expanding new product units, preferably unsecured Loans (Business Loan)


2. Strong sales and marketing skills

3. Ability to network and forge alliances

4. Sharp industry insights and a go-getter attitude

5. Ability to work in teams

6. Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement
