Please find below the brief pointers for the said role -

This is an operational role that will provide thought leadership, set up, develop and run Immediate Consumption channel. The person's responsibility will be to standardize the operations of PAN India. Starting with the major cities and then to expand operations. The person should lead the IC channel teams with purpose, steer them strategically and build the systems, processes and know how that will drive scalable distribution and execution capabilities with the teams .the role will focus on launching product range, creating sustainable and profitable sales and trade marketing plans that will help deliver a profitable and growing business. the incumbent will have to recruit and develop a pool of talent that has differentiated execution ability.

Job responsibilities

1. The role must develop & execute IC growth on a sustainable basis through superior planning & execution of Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel.

2. Creation & Delivery of Business Plan.

3. Owning of Top to Top relationships with key customers and lead the customer engagement plan.

4. Co-championing operational and customer -marketing projects to drive shopper engagement

5. Leading, directing and influencing all demand fulfillment.

6. Set up systems and process to drive sales execution across the leading factors.

7. Understanding the commercial levers of the overall business to deliver a profitable business.
