- Strategic planning and implantation of Sales and Marketing initiatives.

- The incumbent will be responsible for handling the overall P&L of the business; Key activities will include Branding, Strategy, and supervision of Sales and Distribution; He will be responsible for the smooth running of the organisation.

- He will be handling the marketing and sales strategy - Launching new products, Working on consumer feedback, End to end brand planning including crafting the brand vision & strategic objectives and P&L of the category for the country, Making annual operating plans for the category, planning the right BTL and ATL programs.

- Accountable for Campaigns, Brand Awareness and brand visibility in the market.

- Scaling up the business exponentially through localization, expansion and efficient GTM set up.

- Thus, responsible for Business Strategy creation, execution, brand development strategies and top line growth.

- Should have the passion and entrepreneurial spirit to lead this business

- Should be able to make good decisions in support of strategy delivery.

- Should be having a pleasing personality & flexible attitude of working with multicultural people and creating a motivational environment for more

- The key deliverable for this role is to head the brand in its strategy and resource deployment. The role entails thought leadership across product categories.

Qualification

MBA from a premier B-School 11 - 15 years of experience, The incumbent should have more than 15+ year of strong marketing and sales & distribution experience with FMCG industry. Preference for someone with experience in the Personal Care space or in a similar category
