Require Circulation Head (Business Head---Sales & Market Development ) for a leading media organization.
This is a position at Senior General Manager/AVP level.
- 10 to 15 years experience in FMCG, Consumer durables, Telecom, Media in Product Sales, Circulation management
- Leadership Skills / Team Management, Execution focused, Highly relationship driven, People Skills
- Strong on systems & Processes
A) Circulation & Readership Development
- Closely monitor and analyze circulation volumes, market share trends and competition.
- Optimizing the circulation potential of the market
- Maximize readership gains by building the right available visibility at the market place
- Grow readership/circulation clearly ahead of competition
- Ensure quality around the Reader Acquisition programs
- Develop calendar for Reader Engagement - Closely work with editorial for reader development
- Ensure calendar for Reader Retention programs
- Leverage channels to drive readership – Create Available Visibility
- Develop low cost model for Brand Visibility
- Ensure regular upgradation of CRM to maximize gains from our relationship with the readers

- To take trade engagement to the next level of trade recommendation
C) Cost Optimization
- To be able to lead complex large trade driven operations
- Ensure revenue maximization
- Put in place right policies & processes to ensure a high level of business hygiene
- Ensure cost optimization

- Able to lead Knowledge Management to improve efficiency
