Job Description :
1. Develop time bound Hospitality Business strategy. Propose the green & brown field projects ensuring that the agreed budget numbers are achieved inall business segments.
2. Well networked in the hospitality sector with in-depth knowledge and experience of building business in budget, business & luxury segments.
3. Proven ability as a top notch Industry professional having successfully undertaken due diligence and feasibility studies for Domestic sector.
4. A strong focus of meeting and exceeding management requirements and a commitment to excellence is critical. Highly developed business management skills. Demonstrated ability and track record in business development with internal and external clients
5. Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as within a larger multi-disciplinary team
6. Highly developed team leadership skills and able to demonstrate these have been successfully applied. Deliver a high quality service to existing clients and to expand our capabilities in the waste management sector
7. Maintain strong relationships across all business segments
8. Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business .
9. Looking at potential acquisitions in the sector in line with growth strategy.Build alliances and partnerships, Tie ups with other organization.
10. Good Networking Skills
11. Experience in dealing with local and state governmental agencies and legislative bodies
12. Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national leve
Requirements
- Graduate in Hospitality Managementwith MBA preferred. These will be waved for exceptional candidates.
- 20-25 years of Relevant experience in Hospitality industry
- Hands on with MS Office & SAP
