Sales Planning & Forecasting :
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, and planning, and establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales organization
- Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Target Achievement And Stakeholder Management
- Work directly with sales team & various stakeholders to develop a deep understanding on the business metrics & performance
- Co- ordinate with and be part of the organizations Management team and provide valuable inputs to shape and direct the growth of the company in a sustainable manner.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
- Work with the Sales, Marketing, Planning, Customer Support and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy
- Plan & distribute targets amongst teams, monitor its achievement and conduct periodic performance reviews.
People Management :
- Monitor and motivate sales teams to act in accordance with company values, culture, policies and procedures. Introduce and implement industry best practices.
- Manage and motivate entire sales to ensure overall achievement of organization goals and targets.
- Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales personnel. Act as a motivational leader to key team members.
Technology, Automation And Analytics :
- Drive the successful implementation of the sales automation platforms
- Use Technology to optimize sales efforts.
- Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales teams providing key business insights.
- Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality
- Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales organization.
