Business Head - Sales Function - Pan India - Retail

Urgently looking for Business Head for one of the India's leading Retail Company.

Job Description :

- Preparing Budget and category P&L

- Pan India Role

- Must be from Retail company(Apparels,accessories)

- Reporting to CEO

- Sales and Pricing strategy implementation for incremental business growth and building brand proposition for future growth.

- All business metrics for these categories right from traffic to conversions to revenue Brand Budgets,

- Data mining for business insights, to developing communication & media strategy and campaign deployment ----Real time business tracking

- Plan & conceptualize various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability while analyzing cost effectiveness & competitor's strategies

- Perform Strategic Procurement planning, budget management and forecasting. Review, monitor and/or develop as required the buying plans, sales reports and forecasts

- Implementing sales promotion plans & new store concepts to generate sales for achievement of targets

- P/L, Business Financials, Business Management, Business Planning, Retail Operation and sales, Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Product Management, Planning
