- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

- To Evaluate new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities

- To oversee the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees; and ensure that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals

- To make judgement and decisions regarding profit and loss for the whole organization

- To ensure that the resources are fulfilled effectively and efficiently to achieve the objectives

- To look/supervise overall functions such as Sales & marketing, Collections, logistics etc.
