Experience in eCommerce and dot com industry is preferably.

- The Business Head - Services is responsible for P&L, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product and Service Operations of Assisted Services.

- Responsible for P & L of Assisted Services.

- Responsible for liaising with other sales channels including Retail, Telemarketing, Product and Customer Service teams to drive member acquisition.

- Managing Service Delivery Centers across the country with a team of few hundreds of Regional & Relationship Managers.

- Customer retention by providing quality service.

- Leveraging service channels for customer acquisition to build Assisted Services as a superior brand.

- Highly energetic and business savvy with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals etc.
