- As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead our Sales & Business Development team.

Position Overview:


- The Business Head for Sales & Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic sales and business development plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

- This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and the ability to forge strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

- Identify and prioritise target markets, industries, and client segments to maximize growth potential.

Sales Management:

- Lead and manage the sales and business development teams, seLng clear goals and performance metrics.

- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.

- Oversee the development of new business opportunities, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Market Analysis & Insights:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market data and client feedback.

Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive business strategies.

- Coordinate with senior leadership to set long-term objectives and business priorities.

Reporting & Forecasting:

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.

- Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and track progress against targets.

Qualifications:

- MBA from premier college full8me degree mandatory.

- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a B2B environment.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of online B2B sales processes, digital marketing strategies, and market dynamics.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
