Job Description & Responsibilities:

- More than 12+ years of extensive experience in QC Lab Sales and services essentially catering to All Agri products, Food products.

- An astute planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities for the acceleration of business growth.

- Solid Awareness of business life cycle in the domain and capacity to grap opportunities from competition in the assigned region, develop business as per set targets

- Fair understanding of NABL Labs functioning and QC Scope in relevant Industries, Strategy Planning, Market Penetration, Sales & Marketing, Business Development

- Leading, training & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in sales & collection operations and meeting of individual & group targets

- The incumbent would strategies P&L management and own the operationalisation of this business.

- Incumbent should be able to manage QC on all formats of conventional warehousing, cold chain storage and 3PLs

- Should have excellent Knowledge of commodity QC management

- Excellent working exposure on assessment of QC pertaining to Agro Commodity including chemical and physical parameters

- Should have managed FSSAI Labs and ISO NABL documentations and accreditations

- Good knowledge of pollution control, waste management and food testing compliance management
