Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Setting up the sales function by putting together the right processes and accountability
- Structuring and calibrating the company revenue targets with the founders and building the execution and tracking plan.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies.
- Lead customer presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at large Enterprises
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
- Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing SDR's and Account Executives as the company grows
- Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients
- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
What do you need to do well in this role?
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization. If you have been part of amazing early stage SaaS startups that's a bonus
- Presence and ability to control CXO level discussions and put forward our POV
- Past experience in setting up GTM motion outside India in US or SEA markets
- Experience selling a complex solution
- Ability to formulate a strategy for customer acquisition and growth
- Good Networking Skills and C-suite relationships - ability to build deep relationships with customers
- Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders in large clients and strong closure orientation
- Quick learner with strong ability to understand new Product and Client environment
- A dynamic go-getter with approve achievement of quota goals
- Highly driven, goal oriented "get it done" attitude
