- A seasoned sales and Marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in Rural India.
- Deliver and lead Sales & Marketing operations that will help the sales teams to create and deploy a sustainable sales channel in the rural areas of the country.
- Further this role envisages towards driving Rural Business on opportunities for selling entire product range in the identified markets / segments as well as integration of CSR with Rural Business.
KRA's :
- Put in place a mix of right initiatives to enable sales across Rural Areas as classified under the business plan.
- This role will facilitate the organization in penetrating rural areas in a structured manner basis the untapped market potential
- Mapping the identified territories with regards to the identification, appointment of internal / external stake holders
- Further the role will lead the teams to continuously develop and sustain strong relationship with the channel through schemes and resolving their issues in a timely manner by way of regularly visiting and reviewing these markets on an on-going basis.
- Support in establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for regions and territories; delivering expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Creating framework for supplying the dealers / channel with products and formulating pricing policies, reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotions, trends analytic and display plans.
