We execute assignments in India, North America, UK & Pan-European region, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities :

The role will carry the overall P&L responsibility of the business line while identifying market opportunities, gaps and threats.

- 20+ yrs of total experience with excellent academic qualifications,

- Strong experience in a Technology focused Product firm,

- Understanding of Global Risk and Treasury landscape is a must,

- Must have owned large P&L in a Software Product scenario,

- Owning business, revenue, bottom-line, Delivery, Strategic Relationships and YoY growth targets,

- The role would own overall responsibility, define road-map and new products while owning the current ones,

- Own strategy and ensures readiness at Product launch,

- Excellent leadership skills mandatory,

- Would prefer strong experience in Risk and Treasury business,

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills,

- The role will need to keep the following objectives in mind: Revenue, Profit and Market Share,

- Experience of working with a Banking Product firm is a mandate.
