Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgetary performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement cost-control measures and financial best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers. Represent the brand effectively in the market.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in program management or a similar strategic role. Experience in leading retail operations in a dynamic market is essential.
