Job Overview:

- As part of our expansion, our RA vertical, initially led by interns, has achieved an ARR of approximately ~$1 million. We are now seeking to partner with an experienced leader to bring strategic insight and expertise to scale this vertical to an ARR of $6 million.

- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the staffing industry and strong connections at the CXO level. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, from demand generation to closing client requirements.

- As Business Head of RA, you will wear multiple hats and be tasked with making this vertical the most profitable at EMB. This role promises to be the most challenging yet exciting journey you'll ever take. You will be working with passionate individuals who are determined to make a global impact and are ready to do whatever it takes.

What will you do everyday ?

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and drive business growth.

- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and demanding environment

- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

Your superpowers:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, B.Tech or related field.

- Proven track record of minimum 8 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or resource augmentation industry.

- Demand Generation: Implement lead generation strategies leveraging various channels to identify and qualify sales opportunities.

- Client Acquisition and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.

- Market Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market dynamics and maximize revenue potential.

- Top Line Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, with a primary focus on elevating a business to a 50 crore GMV through resource augmentation services.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and recruitment to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals and objectives and seamless execution of client onboarding.

- Opportunity Identification: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and optimizing strategies to maximize conversion rates and also oversee the pool of resources.

Reporting Structure:

This role will report to Rohan Raj Barua, Co-Founder at Expand My Business.

The team currently comprises of 4 junior levels who will report to this role.
