Expectation from the role:
- Key role is to Develop new business Initiatives and closing the new contracts for managing end to end Mobility solutions for International Clients
- Lead and Manage Corporate Mobility Solutions for the organization
- Own overall P&L responsibility of the operations
- Develop a long-term strategic plan- Customer Acquisition strategy, Marketing and Branding strategy, Platform strategy, Operating Model and Supply Chain Management
- Develop new operating models, partnerships and drive efficient operations
- Engage with vendors, suppliers, drivers and various other stakeholders to design, develop innovative engagement models
- Sustain and improve customer satisfaction of riders, as well as Corporate Clients and closely working with Operation Team
- Drive internal processes / operations focused on customer empathy and delivering superior customer experience
- Managing and working closely with Expats for world class Customer service Experience
What we are looking:
- Post Graduate with relevant 10 years of Business Development, Sales and Account Manager experience
- Someone who has handle HR Heads, C- Suite level decision makers in past role
- Someone who believes and live up to the value of Team work
- Someone Guide, inspire, and develop capability of resources in the team to help with the expanding business with great service quality
- Work with cross functional stakeholders, locally and globally, to drive platform strategy, customer experience, business outcome
- Represent the organization in external forums and meetings as appropriate
- Solid understanding of the mobility sector
- Hire and Develop at least 5 team member under his/ her leadership
- Go Getter who can bring new ideas and initiatives to lead a business
