Job Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the growth and success of the wealth business.
Business Expansion: Drive the expansion of the wealth business by sourcing and onboarding mutual fund distributors, partners, and agents with expertise in ULIP products.
Relationship Development: Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to foster long-term partnerships.
Channel Sales & Partner Management: Oversee channel sales activities and manage partners effectively to achieve sales and business development goals.
Mind Share & Wallet Share: Focus on increasing the mind share and wallet share of the wealth business through effective sales strategies.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, regulatory changes, and investment products to make informed business decisions.
Sales Initiatives & Events: Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events in collaboration with IFAs to attract and retain existing and prospective clients.
Business Associate Support: Facilitate and guide business associates in resolving operational and back-office issues, ensuring smooth business operations.
Complaints Management: Track investor complaints and queries, monitoring turnaround time for distributors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of overall work experience, with a significant portion in the insurance or wealth management industry.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers, driving them toward achieving targets and business objectives.
