Business Head - Real Estate

Job Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives

- Oversee market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

- Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal) to ensure alignment and collaboration

- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and performance

- Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability

- Oversee financial reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio

- Lead negotiations for major deals, contracts, and partnerships

- Lead, mentor, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure team success

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues promptly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
