1. The incumbent should ideally be from a reputed Institute, with at least 10 years in the construction industry, preferably in Mumbai. Preferred age is around 45 years. Would help to know the local language and speak fluently in Marathi.
2. Incumbent is expected to formulate business development strategies and processes, identifying investment assets, carrying techno commercial feasibility studies, preparation of investment proposals and presenting to management
3. He should be able to define & implement the Business Unit's execution strategy and have a good flair in the sales function. He should be able to provide necessary inputs in terms of establishing organization guidelines on project scheduling, cost control, development and implementation of robust project management, quality assurance, health, safety & environment policies. The incumbent should also have fair knowledge of contracts
4. He is expected to develop project pricing strategy along with Sales Head. Also, build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like Government Agencies, Industry Associations, Brokers, etc. with a long term perspective
5. He will be expected to handle a portfolio of projects and manage the SBU Profitably. This includes planning, initiating, executing and monitoring projects along time, cost, and quality parameters.
6. He is expected to partner with the senior leadership in achieving the Vision 2022 of the organization
7. He should guide and build the team at Mumbai - build the capabilities and develop the team
