Job Description - Building a QSR + Cloud Kitchen business from scratch. This person will be the first hire for the organisation and will be responsible to set teams, processes and structures.

They are growing at a very fast pace in the Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their new Food Business team.

Description

- The candidate will be the owner of the business (offline retail and cloud kitchen) which needs to be driven in an entrepreneurial manner.

- Strategizing and guiding the team towards getting maximum revenue by ensuring proper planning and right coordination with all the stakeholders involve.

- A problem solving and go getter attitude for getting the things done in a truly customer first approach.

- Keep looking for the different avenues of getting the business and win the customer's

mindshare.

Profile

- Extremely confident, give an eye to the detail and provide the timely resolution by engaging with the right stakeholders.

- A fair amount of knowledge about the food ordering industry.( online and offline).

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize the different tasks assigned and ensure the weekly/monthly reviews with the team in order to achieve the business goals.
