Business Head - QSR

This role is a highly demanding result oriented to oversee retaining and scaling up the QSR Chains in ramping up the operations, consolidation of existing performing outlets and creating new avenues for growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To spearhead the existing business to the next level with highly demonstrated achievements resulting in high EBITA for the division

- Devise and implement new initiatives to consolidate the existing channels / Outlets to become more profitable with attractive schemes to invite good foot falls for conversion.

- Prepare AOP for entire calander year and strictly adhere to committed budgets and time schedules of overall efficiency and achievements.

- Accountable for Profit & Loss statement of the business vertical both in terms of quantity and quality

- Ownership for growth of top line through new builds and sales of existing Outlets.

- Planning and finalizing the business Annual Operating Plan with the leadership team.

- To drive consistent mystery customer audit scores for the Tamilnadu region and later scale up to other territories.

- Established and implemented an Internal Customer Feedback system.

- To ensure timely and efficient rollout execution with menu changes through training.

- Responsible for effective Outlet operations in terms of visibility, foot fall and product mix.

- Maintain and control labour efficiency by institutionalizing the labour matrix.

- Maintain and improve efficiency in areas of Inventory management - ordering, storing, and transportation.

- Improve revenue through local Outlet marketing and execution of Regional marketing plans.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Trainers, Restaurant managers,

- Assistants & Shift managers. Strategic planning of the management team advancement and growth at various levels through the application of Bench Planning tools.

- Monitoring and maintaining consistency in guidelines set in the execution of the Internal development program.

- Our client is on the threshold of making big in the qsr industry and thus looking for a seasoned professional who can virtually be a visionery to expand and excel in this role with able assistance from the directors who are part of a large group.

- Only those who are from qsr industry like pizza, coffee / tea chains, food chains having excellent command of the industry will only be preffered.
