Position Overview :
- Strategic and tactical responsibility for complete vertical in tandem with manufacturing to exceed customer expectations and profitable penetration in the market.
- Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, regarding technical support for activities, striving for best-in-class business practices to deliver to the customer's expectations, - managing teams and projects across the business.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Conceptualizing & implementing a complete business plan and competitive strategy for expansion of business in Pumps and pump set market.
- Manage and execute the Entire P&L for the Business Vertical.
- Manage, leverage and share on opportunities that helps in attainment of the growth of the given vertical by working closely with other Business Heads and participate to achieve the overall business strategy
- To lead and manage an independent relationship with the principal
- Work hand in hand with management for annual operating plans and budgets and ensure the same is achieved through right resource management
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
- Develop and expand market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets in tandem with supply chain and manufacturing
- By analyzing the market and its potential recommending developments in products and services
- Work towards creating new channel, product expansion techniques for business profitability.
- Lead, manage and implement all management systems including quality, accounting, HR etc. for cross functional management and support
- Build and lead the team for overall growth and accounts management to achieve a higher penetration in the market
- Creating wider distribution network by appointing channel partners in non-performing areas; assessing their requirements and providing them with suitable schemes
- Strategically plan and deploy various mechanisms for efficiency is Sales operations and executions
- Liaison with Govt Departments if necessary to augment any growth pursuits
- Responsible for developing the appropriate organizational structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objectives and customer deliverables
- Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained enabling them to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 12-15 years of experience in relevant business management required.
