Role & Responsibilities for Sales & Promotional team member.

Responsible for online sales through Ecommerce platforms .

1. Product Knowledge with market competition.

2. Generating Business for company products & providing satisfactory service, either directly or through online services like Amazon , Flipkart.

3. Awareness of recent developments & effective use of them to enhance the performance of entire organizations.

4. Work collaboratively with Marketing and Publishing teams and represent the voice of customers.

5 Share weekly & monthly reports.

6. Strong customer relationship skills and ability to retain and grow accounts.
