- Responsible for overall revenue for the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategy.
- Penetrating into the market and finding new clients to expand revenue graph.
- Business development through space selling.
- Provide client solutions and integration to enhance revenues
- Create and or identify convergent opportunities with advertisers that capitalize on the capacity to attract a desirable demographic.
- Discuss with the Programming Heads to ensure implementation of innovative concepts.
- Develop sales plans and goals by studying and understanding the market air check and approve all sales promotion campaigns.
- Monitor daily the sales processes.
- Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends
- Recruit and train account Managers for the team and work with them to meet the target
- Communication to the team on their performance and organization direction and values
- Ensure all sales staff work seamlessly with programming and marketing/promotions
- Monitor competitive stations to own Station in format and audience.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Focus on reduction of operating costs and ensure increase in revenue.
- Assist in the annual budget planning process and regularly monitor expenditures.
- Ensure various financial processes of the Company are adhered to.
- Travelling extensively across all markets to meet advertisement agency and Regional corporate clients.
Candidate Requirement:
- Candidates from Media Sales only preferred like, Print / Satellite / Airtime / Online portal - ( Either Current or Earlier experience is a must )
- Full Time MBA is a must .
" Local Tamil Nadu market work experience is a must "
